My finger print is not working any more. Can I get it replaced?

Finger print sensors for most common phones are available with Helpforsure. You could get it replaced if your finger print sensor is no longer working. For some of the high end smartphones, a replaced sensor may not work completely for security reasons. For instance, iPhone finger sensor may not work completely if replaced.

I want to get my mobile screen changed. What are my options?

Phone screens for most of the smartphones are available with us. Phone screens are available with various degrees of qualities that includes original quality, AAA or AA quality. Battery could get drained for various reasons. It could be because of overheating in the device. Over heating could be due to malware or bloat ware in your phone or could be because of a hardware issue. Reinstalling the software could be a solution Battery could even be getting discharged because battery has reached end of life. In this case, you can get your battery replaced.

However, on some occasions our turnaround times can be extended due to a high level of repairs or parts availability.

How much does helpforsure charge for its repair service?

Helpforsure charges Rs. 299/- for diagnosis. This is collected at the time of phone pickup.The price you see on the website is inclusive of this service charge and this gets adjusted in the final invoice. In case of any additional charges, customer would be intimated before mobile servicing is begun.
